Billing Lead
The Billing Lead oversees end-to-end billing operations for NAM & LATAM entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely invoicing. This role manages a team of analysts, coordinates with internal departments, and liaises with clients and accounting firms to resolve issues and maintain efficient processes.

Responsibilities
Supervise billing processes for NAM & LATAM, including invoicing, reinvoicing, and intercompany transactions.
Manage workload distribution, performance reviews, and team development.
Ensure compliance with Entity and client-specific invoicing requirements and tax regulations.
Coordinate with CE, Credit Control, Taxes, HR, and IT for issue resolution and process alignment.
Handle client communications for billing alignment, portal updates, and dispute resolution.
Oversee onboarding of new clients and updates with accounting firms.
Support SAP implementations, system testing, and troubleshooting.

Requirements
3+ years Billing or AR Experience.
2+ years management experience.
Advanced luent English required.

Experience with ERP Systems (SAP preferred).
