Location: Santiago Mexquititlán Barrio 4to.

Join an industry-leading organization in the fintech and payments space as a key member of the Mergers & Acquisitions team. This is a rare opportunity for a highly motivated and intellectually curious professional to gain hands-on experience supporting large, complex, and transformative M&A transactions within a global organization.

The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of challenging projects while developing deep exposure to corporate development, strategy, and transaction execution.

Responsibilities

- Evaluate potential acquisition opportunities and business cases from strategic, operational, and financial perspectives
- Own and lead specific aspects of acquisitions, including day-to-day execution and oversight of ongoing processes, ensuring deadlines are met
- Coordinate and work closely with cross-functional teams to support acquisition evaluation and due diligence
- Lead the development of financial models, valuation analyses, and strategic assessments to inform acquisition decisions
- Support the prioritization of strategic objectives and assess acquisition opportunities against those objectives

Minimum Qualifications & Skillsets

- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely convey complex topics
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams and deadlines
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, whether leading, supporting, or coordinating efforts
- High attention to detail and strong discipline in execution
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new industries, business models, and technologies
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and accountability
- Fluency in English & Spanish

Additional Experience (Preferred)

- 2–3 years of experience in auditing
- 2+ years of experience in mergers & acquisitions or corporate development
- Strong financial analysis and modelling experience

- Experience with in fintech, payments, or financial services environments
- Hands-on experience conducting due diligence
- Experience learning and implementing new tools, systems, or technologies
