Accounts Payable Senior Specialist

Overview of the position:
We are seeking an   Accountant   with a strong accounting background and experience in analysis and reconciliations. This role is essential for ensuring accurate payment processing, provision management, and fiscal compliance, management and monitoring of accounts payable. Tracking vendors payments, receipt of invoices. Financial analysis of expenses, as well as management and control of budget for the assigned cost center.

Typcial Tasks:
Register and process accounts payable transactions.
Execute monthly accounting closings.
Monitor general expenses and provisions.
Prepare weekly payment proposals.
Estimate monthly expenses and cash flow.
Perform monthly general ledger reconciliations.
Generate financial reports and analysis.

Qualifications:

Solid knowledge of SAP and Excel  (formulas, intermediate to advanced level).

Experience with CFDI 4.0  and SAT regulations.
Experience in   provisions and fiscal processes.
Intermediate English.
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
