We're Hiring:
Senior Supplier Recovery Field Engineer – Monterrey, Mexico (Contract – Minimum 3 Months)  We are seeking a Senior Supplier Recovery Field Engineer to lead the operational turnaround and performance recovery of a strategic manufacturing site in Monterrey. This role will be based directly on the production floor, acting as the key link between the supplier's manufacturing output and the client's delivery requirements.

This is a temporary assignment with an expected duration of at least 3 months, focused on stabilizing operations and clearing production backlogs.

Key Responsibilities
Execute on-site supplier recovery plans to stabilize production and eliminate delivery backlogs.
Monitor daily production KPIs including Yield, Scrap, OEE, and Throughput to ensure alignment with commitments.
Walk the production lines to identify capacity constraints in automated electronic assembly and encapsulation processes.
Coordinate with plant engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to resolve industrial bottlenecks.
Provide real-time reporting on production plans versus actual output.
Requirements
Proven experience in Supplier Development, Industrial Recovery, or Manufacturing Operations at a senior level.
Background in high-volume electronics manufacturing, preferably with capacitors or high-reliability electronic components.
Strong on-the-floor presence with the ability to manage operational issues directly at the source.
Experience analyzing WIP, cycle times, and line balancing to implement immediate recovery actions.
Prior experience in Tier 1 EMS environments such as Flex, Jabil, Celestica, Sanmina, or Foxconn is highly preferred.
