POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Monitor and execute on-site activities related to productivity projects, continuous improvement, and Lean Manufacturing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree as Industrial Engineering or a related field, certifications such as Yellow Belt, Green Belt, or Lean Manufacturing, master's degree is a plus.
At least 7 years in Lean Manufacturing process, industrial, or manufacturing engineering of experience.
Experience in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Dies), Kaizen, Visual Management, and Management Systems.
Involved in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
Expertise in:
Lean Manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

Skills:

OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
Production rhythms and standards.
Process control and process optimization.
Manufacturing and process engineering.
Mechanical, electronic, and pneumatic automation.
Advanced Excel skills.
Report generation and dashboards.
Tools:
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Knowledge in Maintenance ERP, SAP (preferably S4

Hana).
Language:
Advanced English (spoken, read and written).

Location:

Must have easy access to Ocoyoacac, State of Mexico.
Work Modality:
On-site.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
Standardization of Modified and/or New Operational Processes:
Participation and support in testing new products and projects (Change Control) in terms of product process routes, process maps, basic charts, speed standards, waste standards, and operational standards.
Standardization, Analysis, and Optimization of Processes:
Definition and update of speed standards through time studies and operational analysis; management and optimization of basic personnel charts by lines, based on line operation balancing; implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools for process optimization (Floor Control, SMED, Visual Management, TPM, etc.).
Analysis of performance reports against speed standards by SKU.
Analysis of material consumption variation data.
Analysis of safety, OEE, process, quality indicators, and all other performance metrics.
Based on indicator analysis, variations, and operational information, support the Safety and Hygiene, Production, Maintenance, Quality, Warehousing, Production Scheduling, Controlling, and Continuous Improvement Managers by identifying improvement opportunities in costs, processes, and current policies.
Updating operational standards (Speed, product changes, Floor vs. SAP).
Creation and configuration of new or promotional items (interaction with costing), formula, route, and cost center.
Request cost updates for SKUs that have had changes in routes, formulas, and/or speed standards.
Determine and implement projects for automation in process measurement and control.
Analysis and Solution of Abnormalities:
Provide training, advisory, feedback, and follow-up on the analysis and resolution of operational problems in processes.
Implementation of Lean Manufacturing Methodologies:
Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies based on the maturity level of manufacturing operations by coordinating teams with production and service areas. (TPM, SMED, Six Sigma, Kanban, Jidoka, Hoshin Kanri, Just in Time, Management System, Heijunka, etc.)
Lean System Audits:
Evaluate the maturity of processes according to the regulations and guidelines defined by Rich Products' manufacturing model through audits.
Accountable for Timely Execution of Programs Impacting Safety and Quality:
Implement actions derived from risk assessments, regulatory modifications, control implementations, corrective actions, and any necessary actions as deemed by the Quality Assurance team to ensure product quality and safety.
