Responsibilities
Design and optimize product manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency and product quality;
Assist the R&D department in pilot production and process validation for new products;
Analyze process issues arising during production and propose improvement solutions;
Collaborate with production, quality, procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth implementation of process solutions.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or higher with auto industry experience
4+ years' of industry experience
