Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Tennis/Padel Coach to join our team in Mexico, Cancun, working at one of the country's most prestigious 5-star resorts. The role combines coaching excellence, client care, and operational leadership in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct private and group tennis/padel sessions with resort guests

· Design and deliver structured training programs adapted to individual skill levels

· Ensure an exceptional guest experience by being approachable and attentive

· Maintain equipment and courts in excellent condition

· Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and ensure satisfaction

· Represent LUX Tennis professionally and enthusiastically on and off the court

Candidate Profile

- Strong tennis and/or padel coaching background
- Minimum 2 years of coaching experience, preferably in luxury or international settings
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Professional, guest-focused approach to coaching
