Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm
Responsibilities:
Perform daily reporting activities to keep the team informed of purchasing metrics.
Prepare and send purchase orders, ensuring budget and delivery timelines
Assist buyers in data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Participate in digitalization projects to streamline purchasing processes.
Create visual aids for internal users of the digital platform to enhance understanding and usability.
Collaborate with the purchasing team to develop strategies for improving efficiency and reducing costs.
Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities to advance your skills in supply chain management.
Maintain strong supplier relationships and communication

Required Skills:

Pursuing a degree related to the position (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration).
More than one year remaining until graduation.
Proficiency in conversational English.
Strong interest in developing a career in supply chain management.
Effective communication
Strong organizational abilities
Analytical skills for decision-making
