Location: Metuchen, NJ

Schedule: On-site, 5 days per week

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join a leading home soft goods company in New Jersey. This is an exciting opportunity for a production professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a track record of working with Walmart or other major retail clients.

  Experience:
  
  Proven experience managing production for Walmart or other large retail clients
• Industry Knowledge:
  Experience with home textiles is preferred; other textile or soft goods production experience considered
• Order Management:
  Ability to work with international teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Financial Acumen:
  Experience managing customer costs and margins

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with internal teams on assortment building, production planning, and customer requirements.
• Global Coordination:
  Partner with international suppliers and teams to drive timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Impact:
  Play a critical role in delivering high-quality home soft goods to major retail clients while optimizing costs and operational efficiency.

This role is office-based in Metuchen, NJ, requiring a collaborative, hands-on approach to managing production and driving results.
