This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for guiding clients through the loan application process, assessing financial eligibility, and recommending suitable loan products. The role involves facilitating efficient mortgage lending processes, collaborating with underwriters, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The loan officer will foster exceptional customer service, working closely with clients to help them achieve their home ownership goals.

• Proven experience as Loan Officer in the Mortgage Industry with expertise in Mortgage Lending
• Strong understanding of Underwriting requirements and practices
• Excellent Customer Service and communication skills to engage with clients effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Familiarity with loan underwriting standards and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in mortgage loan technology platforms is a plus
