Inspector - Salesperson

Hey there! Dave's Chimney Service in Methuen, MA is seeking a dedicated full-time Inspector - Salesperson to join our team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to earn up to $100,000/year or more while engaging in hands‑on work. We also offer generous benefits

This is a full-time position that requires fieldwork. You will be visiting client locations daily, with a schedule that adapts to meet the needs of our customers
. As an Inspector - Salesperson, your day will begin with an online sales meeting, where you will participate in continuous training designed to refine your skills. Following this, you will visit 2 - 5 clients each day, conducting thorough inspections of chimneys by climbing ladders, getting on roof tops and assessing the necessary repairs. Using your expertise, you will measure and document your findings on an iPad and present detailed repair solutions to clients.

Throughout the day, your focus will be on building trust, addressing client concerns, and closing sales. Additionally, you will make follow‑up calls to previous clients to ensure their satisfaction and secure repeat business.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and comfortable working at heights, including climbing ladders and getting on roofs
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Sales experience (especially with high-ticket items) and a solid ability to close deals
• Proficiency with technology, including iPads
• Ability to measure accurately
