• Active and permanent Massachusetts RN license required
• Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR RN) certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience
• Experience in Thoracic Surgery, Surgical Pathology, Sub-Acute, Pediatric PACU, or Pediatric OR preferred
• Ability to participate in rotating call coverage (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills

• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate care to surgical patients in the Operating Room
• Assist with pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold patient safety standards
• Respond to surgical emergencies and participate in on-call rotations as scheduled
• Support patients and families throughout the surgical process
