Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery / Pediatrics (Night Shift)

We are seeking an experienced RN with dual expertise in Labor & Delivery and Pediatrics for a 13-week assignment in Lawrence, Massachusetts. This role offers the opportunity to provide care in a small, high-acuity unit, supporting both adult med-surg and pediatric patients.

• Unit: L&D and Pediatrics (8-bed unit)
• Start Date: January 6, 2026
• End Date: April 6, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (7:00 pm – 7:00 am)
• Orientation Dates: January 6 or January 27
• Patient Ratio: 1:3

• Experience: Minimum 3 years RN experience, including adult med-surg and pediatrics
• Licensure: Permanent Massachusetts RN license (must be active at start)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (all required)
• Documentation: COVID and flu vaccination records required
• Other: Must have recent experience in both adult med-surg and pediatrics

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in Labor & Delivery and Pediatrics.
• Manage adult med-surg cases alongside pediatric patients in an 8-bed unit.
• Maintain safe patient ratios (1:3) while delivering high-quality care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered outcomes.
• Document accurately in EMR systems and adhere to hospital protocols.
