• Coachability and eagerness to learn (we invest in training, but we prefer to teach things once)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a structured environment

• Machine Operators (die‑cutting, laser‑cutting, waterjet)

Quality & Technical Support:

• Quality Control Technicians
• Quality Inspectors

Operations & Planning:

• Inventory/Materials Management
• Operations Support
• Planning & Scheduling

Design & Engineering:

• CAD Designers
• Engineering Support

Administrative & Office:

• Office Administration
• Customer Service
• Order Processing

• Quality standards are non‑negotiable (we serve aerospace, military, medical, and electronics customers)
• Team members are expected to be on time and fully engaged during their shifts
• Processes follow ISO‑certified procedures
• Precision and attention to detail drive everything we do
• Continuous improvement is part of our culture
