• Monday – Friday
• Outpatient/Ambulatory setting
• Seeking an RN with 3 or more years related clinical experience in Ambulatory, Outpatient Clinic, Community Health, Home Health, or related
• Active MA LPN or RN license
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) preferred
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
