Spire Methley Park is looking for a Bank Administrator to join our team. we are seeking an individual who can support us during busy periods, sickness, annual leave, and ongoing service growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, reliable person who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and can provide high-quality administrative support.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Providing administrative support to the clinic team
- Managing patient records and appointments
- Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally
- Supporting day‑to‑day clinic operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintaining confidentiality and accurate documentation at all times

Who we're looking for

- Previous experience in an administrative environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using IT systems
- Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
- Enthusiastic and personable
