This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant, based in Metairie, LA. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying client needs and providing tailored insurance solutions, maintaining customer satisfaction, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting consultations, explaining insurance policies, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Proven experience in Sales Consulting, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales objectives
• Exceptional skills in customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively explain insurance plans and build client relationships
• Experience in consulting and tailoring solutions to individual client needs
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a professional team environment
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
