As a member of the freezer, cooler, and deli team, you will keep shelves stocked, maintain sanitary conditions in freezers and coolers, and deliver a great customer service experience in the deli department.

• Ensure high‑quality products are available and properly stored, maintaining temperature control and verifying expiration dates.
• Keep shelves clean, organized and properly priced, including stocking, packaging, and removing damaged goods.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, member‑ready area and troubleshoot any equipment or safety issues.
• Provide excellent member service, acknowledging customers, locating merchandise, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Follow food handling, cold chain, and safety procedures, including conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Complete required audits, paperwork, logs, and other documentation to support inventory accuracy.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.

• Experience with stocking and customer service.
• Comfort with changing work scenarios and innovation.
• Strong problem‑solving and proactive attitude.
