• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
• Operate the scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass and windows.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support the needs of the business.
• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Maintain floor care cleanliness standards and operation of equipment.
• Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the entire store (Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom, Restrooms).
• Follow all company policies concerning Health and Safety (including refilling essential items in the Lounge, Restrooms and Front End).
• Cross-trained in other areas of the store (Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, etc.).
• Support and respond to Front End coverage needs; participate in store recovery as needed.
• Adhere to merchandising philosophy and signage standards; comply with labor laws and break policies.
• Communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates.
• Participate in safety awareness to maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor buffer and scrubber.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Strong communication skills: verbal and written.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Team-oriented with peers and supervisors.
• Retail customer experience preferred.
