Member Assist Cart Attendant

Overview

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

The role is the member assistant – cart attendant. You help shape the member’s shopping experience by offering a positive first and last impression, keeping the parking lot well-kept, assisting members with purchases, and helping load items into vehicles. This position requires staying on your feet and being on the go in all weather as members count on you.

• Assist with parking lot maintenance and cart retrieval; help members with purchases and load items into vehicles as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answer member questions, and maintain a clean, ready area for members.
• Maintain a positive attitude, greet and thank members, and promote company products and services.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the facility and parking areas; report unsafe conditions as needed.
• Assist with other duties as needed to support member experience and store operations.

• Ensure club pickup orders are fulfilled by notifying members of delays and offering alternatives when items are unavailable; package items according to policy and assist members on pickup arrival.
• Maintain safety by conducting safety checks and handling merchandise per procedures.
• Assist with payments and member transactions as needed, locate and organize merchandise, and keep carts/flatbeds available.
• Comply with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards; apply policies in daily operations.
• Collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners to complete tasks and address improvement opportunities.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in certain circumstances. The actual rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
