As a Senior Meat Cutter you will drive sales in your area, delivering more of what our members love for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the entire club meets the members’ expectations.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
• Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of meat products, seasonality, equipment usage, and backroom operations.
• Process meat according to specifications, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Drive business results, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.
• Advocate for the department, modeling high‑quality service and assisting members with purchasing decisions.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers and co‑workers; recommend improvement opportunities.

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh‑production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments.

• Meat processing experience.
