$14.70 to $22.40 per hour

Seeking a Store Manager with 2+ years of management and customer service experience. Responsible for daily operations, team leadership, financial management, customer relations, and asset protection. Offers a competitive wage plus performance bonuses. Reports to the District Manager.

• Monitor loan processes and store operations.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Effective supervision skills.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• 45+ hours/week, with computer and POS proficiency.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and cash handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and with high integrity.
