Has your experience driven you toward a high-stakes, compassionate setting? This role focuses on critical care nursing, where you support patients and families during vulnerable times with decisive, knowledgeable care and clear communication.

• Provide expert nursing care in Adult ICU units, including assessing patient conditions, developing care plans, and coordinating with the healthcare team.
• Communicate with patients’ families about conditions, recovery, and care plans; offer support and consolation as needed.
• Demonstrate decisiveness, preparation, critical thinking, and high-level clinical judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in rounds, document accurately, and ensure continuity of care across shifts.

• Current nursing license to practice in Louisiana as defined by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
