Registered Nurse (RN) SOS Float Pool – FT Days

The RN Staff Nurse Float Pool is a full‑time position assigned to the in‑house staffing and/or float pool. The RN will float throughout the facility as needed. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care based on the standards of care and the policies of LCMC Health. The RN delegates to professional and non‑professional personnel involved in the delivery of care.

• Float to units and locations across the facility as assigned.
• Deliver patient care in accordance with LCMC Health policies and nursing standards.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members.

• Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience.
• Valid nursing license or temporary permit to practice in Louisiana.
• American Heart Association BLS‑HCP certification.
• ACLS certification required.
• Prepared to work days shifts in the United States.
