The RN Staff Nurse Float Pool is a full-time position assigned to the in-house staffing and/or float pool. The RN floats throughout the facility as needed. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care based on the standards of care and the policies of LCMC Health. The RN delegates to professional and non-professional personnel involved in the delivery of care.

1 year of professional nursing experience.

• Valid license or temporary permit to practice professional nursing in Louisiana.
• American Heart Association BLS-HCP.
• ACLS Certification is required.
