Overview

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Integrated Solutions Delivery (ISD) on behalf of our client. This role will lead the successful execution of complex Energy as a Service (EaaS) and large-scale commercial construction projects. The VP will oversee regional delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet energy performance and financial goals.

This executive-level position is ideal for a leader with deep experience in high-value commercial construction, financial stewardship, and organizational leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support project delivery teams across the region, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, cost control, and client satisfaction
  • Standardize and implement project management best practices across all project sites
  • Align project portfolio with strategic business goals in coordination with senior leadership
  • Drive execution of annual IS Delivery operating budgets, ensuring delivery targets and outcomes are achieved
  • Manage risks, issues, and escalations affecting regional project performance
  • Guide negotiation and development of contract documents in partnership with estimating and legal teams
  • Oversee vendor and subcontractor relationships to ensure delivery standards and budget compliance
  • Monitor and maintain financial performance of all projects including budgeting, forecasting, billing, collections, and profitability
  • Ensure alignment between contract terms and execution plans to support energy savings goals
  • Partner with corporate teams (Legal, HR, Accounting, Marketing) to support cross-functional project execution
  • Foster team development, leadership growth, and clear communication across the delivery organization
  • Provide executive oversight on project cash flow, forecasting, and resource planning
  • Ensure consistency and quality across IS Delivery documentation, reporting, and branding standards
  • Support recruiting, hiring, and personnel development within project delivery teams
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies, performance reviews, and compensation programs
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism in all internal and external communications
  • Travel approximately 50% of the time to job sites and regional offices
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture
    , or related discipline
  • 15+ years of experience managing large-scale ($50MM+) commercial construction projects
  • Proven experience leading complex project portfolios and construction teams at a senior level
  • Strong financial and accounting knowledge, including full P&L responsibility
  • In-depth knowledge of MEP systems
    , design-build, and construction operations
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to build cross-departmental relationships and drive a high-performance culture
  • Effective communicator with a detail-oriented and hands-on approach
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
  • Familiar with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape
Travel Requirements
  • Up to 50% travel required to job sites and office locations

  • Regularly required to sit or stand for prolonged periods
  • Must be able to climb stairs and lift/move objects up to 20 pounds
  • Frequent hand/wrist motion for typing and document handling
  • Light work with occasional movement between job sites and office environments
  • Work conducted in a generally quiet professional setting
