We are looking for a Consumer Loan Fulfillment Supervisor to join our team. The salary range for this position is $56,159.83 to $70,199.78 based on skills and experience. This position is classified as On-site.

Functions
The Consumer Loan Fulfillment Supervisor supports the Director of Consumer Lending with organizing, planning, and directing the consumer loan fulfillment functions, including HELOCS, to maximize member satisfaction, efficiency, and growth. The Consumer Loan Fulfillment Supervisor will lead and assist employees in the processing, funding and fulfillment of all consumer loans and HELOCs. Conducts daily business interactions and maintains constant alignment with OnPath's mission, culture, and core values.
Encourages others to act with mission, culture, and core values in mind always. Demonstrates initiative and sound judgment in the absence of specific direction from management. Ensures value through decision making that supports credit union goals and interests. Passionately displays a desire to build rapport and expand relationships with all members both internally and externally. Stays informed on OnPath's products and services to provide the right recommendations to the right members at the right time.
Promotes and maintains a positive image of the credit union to peers, members, and communities we serve.
Team/Product Management:
- Ensures the Consumer Lending team is running optimally with adequate staffing and training to perform their jobs.
- Ensures all service level expectations are met and department work is completed within expected timelines.
- Reviews and updates all consumer lending procedures as necessary to ensure alignment with Credit Union policy.
- Ensures team members complete required annual trainings.
- Effectively communicates policy/procedure changes and all other relevant Credit Union information with team and management.
- Completes team member performance reviews within established deadlines.
- Ensures all consumer lending products are effectively priced and structured to meet the needs of the field of membership, leadership, and board of directors.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Coaching:
- Coaches team to achieve extraordinary levels of service to both internal and external members.
- Coaches team members on daily tasks and contribute to their professional development.
- Sets clear performance expectations and supports the individual team member's success.
- Conducts regular formal coaching sessions with individuals or groups to support team and individual results.
- Provides timely feedback to keep individuals and team moving towards goals.
- Holds team members accountable for performance expectations.

- Seeks out opportunities to add value to the team and the organization.
- Holds themselves to high performance standards.
- Maintains and grows industry knowledge and seeks out opportunities to grow credit union membership and organizational impact.
- Three to five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions. Management experience preferred.
Education/Certifications/Licenses- A high school degree or GED required.
