Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager located in Metairie, LA. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing client inquiries and needs. The role includes reviewing and recommending coverage options and ensuring effective communication between clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams.
Qualifications- Experience with Commercial Lines Coverage and knowledge of risk management solutions
- Strong skills in Account Management and developing long-term client relationships
- Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to address client concerns effectively
- Proficiency in Insurance policies, processes, and industry standards
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using Applied Epic management system is preferred
