Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to our diverse client base
- Manage policy changes and prepare insurance documents with accuracy
- Identify and act on opportunities to upsell or cross-sell
- Assist clients with their inquiries, ensuring a positive experience
- Represent the agency in a professional and positive light in all interactions
Here is what a typical day looks like:
- Complete insurance reviews with existing customers
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our clients
- Seek referrals and Google reviews
- Assist with onboarding clients to ensure they have great expectations and know how to use our services
- Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately
- Ensure policy changes are processed correctly and in compliance with regulations
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
The ideal candidate is a professional who:
- Must hold an Active Property&Casualty license
- Previous experience in customer service within the insurance sector
- Has meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities
- Is a collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment
- Has clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Is proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions.
