Cambias Insurance Agency, located in the Metro New Orleans area, is led by an industry veteran with 20 years of experience. We are a team of 14 and growing, committed to a family-oriented atmosphere and community involvement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to our diverse client base
• Manage policy changes and prepare insurance documents with accuracy
• Identify and act on opportunities to upsell or cross-sell
• Assist clients with their inquiries, ensuring a positive experience
• Represent the agency in a professional and positive light in all interactions

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Complete insurance reviews with existing customers
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our clients
• Seek referrals and Google reviews
• Assist with onboarding clients to ensure they have great expectations and know how to use our services
• Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately
• Ensure policy changes are processed correctly and in compliance with regulations
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.

The ideal candidate is a professional who:

• Must hold an Active Property&Casualty license
• Previous experience in customer service within the insurance sector
• Has meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities
• Is a collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment
• Has clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Is proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions.
