• Lead the design and technical strategy of the Kubernetes-based container platform
• Build and operate Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters, managing networking, security, and lifecycle
• Integrate Kubernetes with core platform services and CI/CD pipelines
• Deliver final-tier platform support for incidents and outages, driving root cause analysis
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, sharing knowledge and innovations

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Systems, Platform, or Dev Ops Engineering in a large-scale enterprise
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux systems, Docker, and Kubernetes in production
• Proven experience in building and operating container platforms
• Proficient in modern Dev Ops tooling, including Terraform and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with Azure cloud platforms and AKS
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, and Power Shell
• Familiarity with service mesh technologies, such as Istio
• Experience with container registries like Azure Container Registry and JFrog Artifactory
• Understanding of cloud-native application patterns and microservices principles
