• Analyze client's financial status, develop and implement financial strategies.
• Assist with financial forecasting and modeling to drive strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication and effective problem-solving.
• Collaborate with your team to share best practices and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the financial industry.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• A desire to pursue Life & Health Insurance licenses and FINRA Series 7 & 66 (we'll support you!).
• Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Curiosity, coachability, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software.
• Previous experience in a client-facing financial role.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• A passion for building relationships and a commitment to client success.

Our next training class starts on October 27th. We have offices in Metairie, Shreveport, Lafayette, LA and Pensacola, FL. This is a full-time position with opportunity for draw and unlimited earning potential.

Compensation:
From $60,000 to $250,000 per year
