The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing geotechnical engineering projects from inception to completion. This role requires technical expertise, strong leadership, and project management skills to ensure successful execution of projects while meeting client expectations, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, or a related field from an ABET accredited curriculum.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering and project management.
• Proven experience managing complex geotechnical projects in various sectors (transportation, infrastructure, commercial, etc.).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in geotechnical software (e.g., Geo Studio, LPILE, gINT, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
