As our New Orleans office continues to grow, we are seeking an Entry-Level Civil Engineer who is motivated, curious, and ready to learn alongside experienced professionals.

At Basin, entry-level engineers are treated as future leaders, not just support staff. You ll work closely with experienced engineers who are committed to mentoring and helping you build strong technical skills. From your first projects, you ll gain exposure to the full lifecycle of civil engineering work, from concept and design through permitting and construction. • Assist with civil site design and infrastructure planning for public and private projects
• Support project engineers with plan preparation, calculations, and technical documentation
• Participate in field visits and site evaluations to understand real-world conditions
• Prepare permit applications, reports, and construction documents
• Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and project teams to deliver high-quality results

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Interest in site development, infrastructure, and community-focused projects
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow professionally
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
