Kids is looking for a warm, creative Pediatric OT to join our growing team. This role blends clinic-based sessions with school-based support, giving you variety, flexibility, and meaningful relationships with kids, families, and educators.

• AI-Driven, Ultra-Fast Documentation: Progress notes auto-generated with smart clinical prompts.
• Daily notes completed in under 1 minute using talk-to-text and instant translation directly into a clean SOAP-note format.
• Evals generated and finalized in under 10 minutes using automated sections, scoring support, and diagnostic language.
• Goals auto-updated across all notes and reports to keep documentation consistent and error-free.
• Smart templates and auto-fill tools that pull in goals, metrics, session data, and prior notes to streamline every step.

Playful, Relationship-Based Therapy (Floor Time Approach):
We follow a Floor Time–enriched model grounded in connection, engagement, and developmental growth.

True Interdisciplinary Team:
You’ll collaborate daily with:

• Pediatric physical therapists.
• Speech-language pathologists.
• Pediatric therapy techs who support setup, transitions, and carryover.

Together we provide whole-child support across motor, sensory, communication, and social-emotional domains.

• Supporting students in classrooms, resource rooms, or therapy spaces.
• Coaching teachers on simple OT strategies that fit into daily routines.
• Helping kids with regulation, motor skills, self-help, and participation.
• Participating in IEPs and team meetings (support provided if new to schools).

• Fun, sensory-rich, play-based OT sessions.
• Parent coaching and home strategies.
• Option to incorporate Animal-Assisted Therapy with our trained therapy dogs.
• Ability to develop special groups (fine motor, social, feeding, handwriting, etc.).

• Occupational Therapy degree (accredited program).
• Louisiana OT license (or eligibility).
• Love working with children ages 2–12.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable with technology and AI-based tools.
• Experience with sensory processing, motor delays, autism, ADHD, or willingness to learn.
