Member Service Representative; MSR

The New Orleans Firemen's FCU is searching for a Member Service Representative to join our dynamic Metairie team. Our MSRs serve as a liaison between the members and the Credit Union. They perform a variety of services including, but not limited to, providing account information, opening new accounts, and professionally handling members’ daily Credit Union needs. They also provide a variety of transaction services to members and limited transactions to guest members from other credit unions in a courteous, prompt, and accurate manner.

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Professional appearance, dress and attitude
• Must be dependable and reliable
• Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment
• Basic understanding of Credit Union operations, and knowledge of teller policies and procedures is a plus

Excellent benefits and a tiered salary range of $15-$19.15/hr.
