In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding support and assistance in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all clients.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Assist customers in placing orders and resolving issues related to their accounts.
• Manage customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times while interacting with customers.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience under pressure.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
