Paretti Mazda is actively recruiting experienced technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain automobiles. The ideal technician will exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a quantified sense of urgency. 3 and 4 day work-week options are available with competitive pay and benefits.

• Diagnose and repair vehicle mechanical and electronic issues.
• Provide accurate time and cost estimates for repairs and service recommendations.
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and training when necessary.
• Keep detailed records of all services and repairs performed.
• Continuously improve service techniques to meet the highest industry standards.

• Proven experience as an automotive technician, with a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• ASE certification or equivalent preferred.
• Strong ability to diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
