Starting Pay Range: $25 - $35/HR (flat rate)

• Troubleshoot problems and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills
• Inspect, repair, and diagnose systems including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioning, and cooling systems
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions; promote teamwork to deliver on-time, accurate guest care during all operating hours
• Maintain standards of sales, service, safety, and housekeeping; use protective equipment when operating machinery and tools
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting, tire and wheel handling, standing, bending, and squatting

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver s license
• Must have three years of experience in automotive repair, including diagnosis, problem-solving, and repairs
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future

• ASE Certification: A4 (Steering and Suspension) and A5 (Brakes), and State inspection licenses and/or MAC certification

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs; stores may be open 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to use technology and various applications to support correct diagnostics
• Utilize tools, skills, and product knowledge to make recommendations to guests based on manufacturing guidelines

• ASE reimbursement with pay increases (including brakes, electrical, AC and heating, engine performance, engine repair)
