OverviewWe’re seeking a motivated Food service Sales Representative to drive growth across food service channels. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment, builds strong relationships, and consistently achieves sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand presence in food service channels, including distributors, operators, and regional accounts.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in key categories: smoked sausage, cooked proteins, and marinated meats.
- Manage and grow existing accounts through consistent follow-up, performance tracking, and partnership-building.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and R&D to deliver customer‑specific programs and solutions.
- Maintain deep understanding of category trends, pricing, and the competitive landscape.
- 3+ years of food service sales experience, ideally in meat, protein, or grocery‑related categories.
- Established network with food service distributors, brokers, operators, or government contractors.
- Proven track record of sales growth and account management success.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Based in Mesquite, TX (or within commuting distance); flexible for the right candidate.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
