We're looking for pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in an appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return, impressing them with your product knowledge and customer service skills
• Cover the sales floor and ensure areas meet visual standards
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry
• Maintain the stock room and keep the store tidy
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve goals
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader

• Previous retail experience; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Minimum age of 16 to join the team
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds
