Brand Ambassador – Part Time (Mesquite, TX)

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. (AEO) is hiring a part‑time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in the store. You will provide an amazing shopping experience, build brand loyalty, and represent company values.

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model and create a “friends first” atmosphere.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fitting options.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
• Assist team members to “get the job done.”
• Maintain integrity and comply with AEO policies & procedures.

• Passionate about retail and AE/Aerie products.
• Excellent people‑person skills, energetic, and able to multitask.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
