Seasonal Selling Associate role at Victoria’s Secret & Co. (Town East Mall). This position drives store sales and provides exceptional customer service with elevated product knowledge.

• Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engage with customers, read cues, and respond effectively.
• Provide customers with the right bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Convert returns, offers and promotions into larger sales on the sales floor.
• Deliver friendly and efficient cash wrap experiences, process transactions accurately, and reinforce buying decisions at checkout.
• Recover the cash wrap selling zone and organize go-backs.
• Process merchandise to floor readiness and maintain back room/under stock to brand standards.
• Replenish merchandise to brand standards to ensure placement on the sales floor.
• Assist with projects including markdowns, re-tickets, and stock availability as needed.
• Execute floorset activities proficiently and adhere to brand standards.

Common associate responsibilities include:

• Drive top-line store sales and grow the business;
• Focus on bras as the premier product differentiator;
• Prepare for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures;
• Recover and replenish merchandise;
• Adhere to visual merchandising standards;
• Assist with housekeeping and reporting maintenance issues;
• Build awareness and skills in loss prevention;
• Support store strategy to reduce shrink and provide a safe working environment;
• Demonstrate Company values and build loyalty through the Rewards Program.

Minimum Salary: $12.00

Maximum Salary: $14.75
