• Bag groceries at checkout, ensuring contents are not damaged and striving for efficiency.
• Assist customers with loading bags into their cars and removing merchandise from carts.
• Perform shelf conditioning, inform customers of specials, and return merchandise to shelves.
• Maintain cleanliness inside the store and parking lot, handle seasonal merchandise, and understand store layout for product location and price checks.
• Follow safety procedures, comply with food safety regulations, and report unsafe conditions.
• Create a welcoming environment, answer customer questions, and adhere to legal and company guidelines.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts, and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

• Customer service skills and effective communication.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
