You will lead the customer experience, manage operations, and uphold store policies and safety.
Responsibilities- When it comes to the customer experience – you lead by example. Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer leaves with a great, customized hair and beauty solution.
- Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
- Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety, security rules, and Company policies.
- Maintain a high standard of store appearance and operations.

- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
- Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Passion for all things hair and beauty.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
- May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.
Physical Requirements
The position requires standing for long periods, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items (e.g., shipments). May involve exposure to moving parts or irritant chemicals.
