Your duties will include assisting in the preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet the needs of the business. You will help in assigning employee duties, encouraging teamwork, and promoting a collaborative work environment. You will be responsible for keeping our team informed about new menu items, specials, and promotional materials to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

You will also support the development and growth of our team members through conducting orientation and training for new employees, providing refresher training, supervising performance and behavior, and ensuring adherence to policies. Attention to detail is crucial as you monitor and review time cards, adjust schedules, enforce portion control, maintain security protocols, check deliveries, and handle administrative tasks such as cash receipts, reconciling funds, and daily deposits.

• Ability to speak and read English
• Basic math skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Relevant experience is preferred but not required!
