The Clinical Nurse Coordinator delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered care and coordinates all unit functions. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies and serves as a resource for staff to support a superior patient experience.

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high‑quality patient care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of employment start.
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) obtained within 18 months of employment start.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) obtained within 18 months of employment start.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BSN required.
• Minimum one year of Pediatric Emergency RN experience, including charge or leadership experience.
