Job Summary and Qualifications- Take responsibility for departmental functions that uphold our mission and values.
- Make critical decisions adhering to nursing practice standards.
- Ensure patient safety within surgical services.
- Utilize effective communication within daily practices.

- Manage personnel, budgets, and maintain relationships with physicians.
Coordinate and supervise resource allocations.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Professional Nursing is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is essential; advanced degrees are preferable.
- Current RN license for Texas or compact license is required.
- A minimum of 5 years in management roles, including handling personnel and budget responsibilities, is preferred.
