An Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of a wide variety of equipment, including warehouse equipment, manufacturing equipment, plant equipment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

* Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all production and facility equipment as directed.

* Troubleshoot and repair all manufacturing plant equipment.

* Repair and maintain all electrical and mechanical equipment in plant.

* Follow all maintenance procedures to ensure proper preventative and corrective maintenance practices.

* Ensure compliance with all internal and external plant policies and procedures.

* Ensure safety of all personnel in the Maintenance group meets company standards of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations and those within Company Policy

* Adhere to all environmental, health and safety rules and policies.

* Conduct other duties as required.

Qualifications and

Experience:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Must have Manufacturing experience with troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.

* Must have experience repairing manufacturing equipment and plant equipment.

* Hands-on experience with PLC/HMI, machine control and industrial robotics

* Ability to interpret machine schematic, electrical and mechanical drawings.

* Good knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.

* Ability to work 12 hour shifts, day shift or night shift
