Build What Matters

Our team keeps complex fabrication and assembly work on track—safely, efficiently, and to spec. As the Structural Weldment Production Coordinator, you’ll support the Production Manager and Production Foremen to orchestrate people, materials, and process flow so every shift delivers quality work.

Your Impact
  • Translate the plan into action: follow direction from leadership to schedule work and assign daily tasks across crews.
  • Lead from the floor: supervise, train, coach, and when needed, discipline team members on your shift.
  • Keep work moving: allocate resources, remove roadblocks, and communicate objectives and performance expectations.
  • Ensure continuity: maintain strong communication between shifts for seamless operations.
What You’ll Do Technical & Quality Ownership
  • Read and interpret blueprints, job worksheets, and verbal instructions.
  • Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with documented standards.
  • Complete QC records using established quality control sheets and visual inspections.
Safety Leadership
  • Champion company safety rules and procedures with every crew member.
  • Model and enforce safe work practices and operational compliance.
Operational Administration
  • Accurately record team member time for assigned crews.
  • Support reporting and documentation for production metrics.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years in fabrication, assembly of heavy structural weldments, and/or construction industry equipment manufacturing; prior lead/crew lead experience preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving ability.
  • Basic computer skills (email, time reporting, data entry).
  • Consistent work history with verifiable references.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
Preferred Extras
  • Lean Manufacturing experience or certifications.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • Background in heavy equipment, structural steel, or similar manufacturing environments.
