This position is versatile and floats across multiple departments to alleviate any bottlenecks within the production process. This role will need to be able to effectively train team members and communicate across multiple layers within the organization.
CORE FUNCTIONS- Perform a wide variety of work in all production departments.
- Identify bottlenecks within the production process and assist in alleviating bottlenecks.
- Train team members.
- Identify quality defects and formulate an action plan to solve problems.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1-3 years of production/manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to take direction from multiple sources, prioritize tasks and seek out assignments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Ability to meet PPE requirements as required by the facility.
- Ability to work in multiple departments.

Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

- The worker is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions, including heat, noise, vibration, and hazards from a production-based environment.
